'Level Up' self employment programme

The programme grew out of an identified need. Young adults who completed our skills development projects wanted to use their skills to build their own businesses

We partnered with the Responsible Business Initiative for Justice (RBIJ), and used their contacts with the business world to shape the 12 week programme

Each participant developed business plans and strategies. Each created a self promotion video. The team planned and delivered a networking event, to access further opportunities

The networking event ran in February 2022, with an audience invited by RBIJ. 

All five participants have gone on to develop their businesses. They are also helping to deliver the next cohort of 'Level Up' to a new group of young adults.
